One 30-Minute Workshop a Week Can Make All The Difference in Your Use of SalesLogix!
GoodTraining.com hosted its second Workshop on Friday April 13th "Creating a Contact Process for SaleLogix v6.2 and Above" and it was a success! This Workshop produced some great questions which I will be posting to the Workshop Discussions Forum under the Good Answers tab throughout the week. There are a few bumps left for me to smooth out as far as the structure of these Workshops, but I believe it will be smooth sailing as we head into our third Workshop on April 20th "SpeedSearch is not Just for Support Tickets Anymore". I am excited about these Workshops and the improvement in the use of SalesLogix that they can provide the End User. In the future we will have our Workshops recorded for On Demand viewing. I'll keep you posted on this feature. Keep checking out the Workshops and feel free to make suggestions about Workshops you would like to see!

I am happy to say I love my job! Everyday there is a new challenge and something new to learn, it keeps things interesting. I was very happy when we started Good Training because it gave me an opportunity to help people and share knowledge.
Outside of the office I enjoy being active. When weather permits you may catch me riding my bike around the lakes of Minneapolis or hiking in Northern Minnesota. In the winter I get out snowboarding as much as possible and I always try to take a trip to the mountains. I made it out to Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, MT at the end of February 2008 and it was a fantastic time! Year round I participate in dance and yoga classes to mix things up.
I love watching movies and you could say I may have seen too many. :) I also have a passion for reading - if I find a good book it can consume all of my free time.
