Communicating Efficiently
Are you using the Mail Merge feature of SalesLogix? Mail Merge is a feature I use quite regularily and I couldn't imagine sending out 100 e-mails without it. The Mail Merge feature can help you:
-Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via multiple mediums
-Create custom HTML e-mail templates, then personalize and send using Mail Merge
-Archive letters, e-mails, faxes or proposals within customer account records
-Attach marketing literature, product info and other resources from the Library
