Marketers - something to think about.
Have you ever read an online review that made you rethink a purchasing decision, either positively or negatively? I read an article today about the growing amount of user generated content (UGC) and the impact it plays on consumers and their choices. The article also highlights how companies, and especially persons in marketing positions, can harness the power of UGC to have an impact on company and product image.
