How are you adapting to the new generation of consumers?
Web 2.0 offers many new technology tools - blogs, wikis, podcasts, RSS feeds, just to name a few. With these new tools come new customer expectations and demands. The number customers who are accustom to the features of Web 2.0 are only going to increase over time as consumers grow ever more savvy and younger generations move into the workplace and marketplace. The question is, what are you doing to meet the demands of the Web 2.0 consumer?
