Using the right measurements.
Hello everyone, I'm back! I took a short road trip out to Bozeman, MT to go snowboarding at Bridger Bowl. It snowed everyday on the mountain which made for great snowboarding conditions. I had a fantastic time, however, I did miss sharing information with my Good Training members and visitors! On that note:
Customer metrics are important but the copious amounts of information we are now able to generate can leave one's head spinning. With so much information at your finger tips how do you know what measurements to pay attention to and what to ignore?
