Is everyone on the same page?
We all know the importance of brand image in the eyes of our customers. We want our products and/or services to be viewed in a desirable way and to be sought after, which is why we work hard to ensure our customers have a positive brand experience. But within an organization we often fail or fall short when it comes to creating universal, internal branding.
