Follow these two suggestions...
Previously, I didn't think that it was possible for SalesLogix to create duplicate tickets. I was wrong, but you can avoid having this happen to you. The chance of creating duplicate tickets can occur in 2 situations:
- A new remote database is created and a new site code is generated rather than continued use of the old site code.
- A user logs into more than one remote database.
Don't do these things if you want to remain duplicate free.
