Keep your current customers.
Budgets are being slashed in all areas, and marketing isn't excluded. The pressure to retain current customers, while at the same time do more with less resources, can seem overwhelming. Even so, now is a great time to make your marketing efforts more efficient and get into a position to grow when the economy begins to turn around.
