Today I read a Sales Performance Tip from Miller Heiman that struck a cord. If you haven't noticed, there is information available for almost every single topic you can imagine. I can find information to many random wonderings at any time of day, in minutes, if not seconds. I love the ability that we now have to research products, read opinions, gather facts and become more informed about everything. The customers who purchase your products and services have this same ability. I think that customer empowerment is great, but I have to admit that it becomes frustrating when a customer comes to you, has researched your offerings and then self diagnoses his/her needs without consulting an expert (you).
