You can't win them all, and you don't want to.
It is funny to think that there are customers out there that you don't want, especially in the current economic climate. While I don't think anyone would turn down business, there are definitely customers that you don't want to pursue. The challenge is identifying the customers that your company doesn't want, not doing so can be a bad thing.
