Commonly a user learns one way to lookup records and continues to use that method forever.  There are several different ways to lookup records in SalesLogix, some of which a user may have never been exposed to.

In this workshop users will learn to lookup records four different ways, each of them unique, while no one way being definitively correct.

Upon completion of this workshop the user will have a better understanding of the lookup methods available to him/her and will be able to put these methods into practice.
