Creating/Fulfilling Literature Requests for SalesLogix v6.2 and Above

A literature request is a specialized activity that allows a user to select quantities of marketing materials, documents or technical information for a contact, or group of contacts, that can be sent via email, letter or fax.

Even if your company is not using Literature Fulfillment, this Workshop will enable the power user to document any literature sent by using the Literature Request feature.

Upon completion of this Workshop the user will be able to create a literature request, fulfill a literature request and will be more efficient in customer interaction.
