SpeedSearch is not just for Support Tickets anymore. For SalesLogix v6.2 and above

SpeedSearch allows users and external customers to search for information stored in the SalesLogix database, such as tickets, standard problems, procedures, attachments, Library items, and external documents on your network.  Let us show you the benefits and types of SpeedSearch beyond Support Tickets that can make your day a bit easier.

This workshop will focus on SpeedSearch features:

  1. Searching Notes/History
  2. Searching a Network Drive
  3. Searching Tickets

Upon completion of this workshop the user will be able to quickly search the SalesLogix database to find the important information the user needs.
