Has your company restructured sales territories or have personnel moved to different locations?  If so, this workshop is for you!  Whether this is your first time using this feature or you need a refresher, the ability to quickly and correctly realign territories is a skill worth having.  The territory realignment feature allows the administrator to reassign ownership of SalesLogix accounts based on Account owner, Account manager or a custom group.

This workshop will focus on changing Ownership and Account Managers on groups of records.

1. How to quickly and easily realign a territory to a new Account Manager.
2. How to realign a territory based on custom fields.

Upon completion of this workshop the administrator will be able to meet the demands of restructured sales territories and personnel moves to keep the sales process running smoothly.
