The Knowledge Base is a search engine that allows the users to search Tickets, History, and the Library for pertinent information. A user also has the ability to search any network folder to find needed information. The specific search areas are set up by the Administrator and allow the user to search on any data. This Workshop is especially useful for Support users trying to resolve issues that may have occurred in the past.
In this Workshop you will learn how to use the Knowledge Base using different search parameters to find valuable information.
Upon completion of this Workshop the user will be comfortable using the Knowledge Base and will have increased search capabilities.
