Quick tip.
One of my coworkers found an issue after an import into SalesLogix v7.5 and I thought it may be of interest to some of you. What he found was that the Email Ticket Information button will fail if your contacts are imported and the Do Not Email or Do Not Solicit fields in the Contacts table contains a null value:

Running a SQL script that updates records to False that were not marked as True should solve the issue.
