Exactly how many users are allowed?
A question that I have heard a number of times since I began working with SalesLogix is, "How many users can share a concurrent license?" This is a question to which vague answers have been given so I thought I would shed some light on it. Sage officially recommends a concurrent license be shared by no more than 3-5 users, not because of actual restrictions, but because it is easiest to share the license with this amount of people. In reality you have the ability to share the concurrent license with as many people as you want, but the more people who share the license more likely it is that you will not be able to login when you want.
