Last week I received a Sage Business Partner newsletter and one of the featured articles was an interview with David van Toor, senior vice president and general manager for Sage CRM Solutions North America. The article is a couple weeks old but David offers some great insight. His main advice:
- Forget surveys
- Create and/or embrace the right communities
