The Good Training site provides the ability to automatically add a workshop to your Outlook calendar (or other calendar application that supports iCalendar, vCalendar, or ICS files). The greatest part about using this option is that when the workshop is added to your calendar, it will appear in your own local time zone!
To use this feature to add a workshop to your calendar, locate the link on page for the scheduled workshop event.

When you click this link, you will get the following prompt:

Click the open button and the familiar Outlook appointment dialog will appear containing all the details for the workshop. As we mentioned before, this appointment will show the workshop times in your own local time zone.

Now just click the "Save" button and the calendar item will now show in Outlook!
Note to Windows Vista Users
If your operating system is Microsoft Windows Vista, you'll also get an additional prompt asking whether you want to allow the website to open the appointment in Vista. The ICS file that opens from this website really is just a text file that is associated with Outlook, so there really is no risk here. This security prompt will look like the following:
We hope you enjoy this feature of the Good Training site. As always, let us know if you have any additional questions!
