    In the ticket report Support Problem Category Analysis, how can you create the report so that you can re-format it, or sort it differently than the default? Tonya Payne

    When you access reports within the Architect, you can open an existing report and then SAVE AS. Once you have changed the report you can then add it to the existing reports with a new name.
