We are an Independent Insurance Agency, Have used SLX for about 3 years, but only the basics. Would like to utilize more of the fantastic functions SLX offers.  Can you help?

I'm not a specialist, I think it's worth contacting your BP and organise a proper training session on the marketing use of Saleslogix as there's a lot to it!

The Help file is otherwise a good start to understand the possibilities of the Campaigns and the Sales Dashboard...

If you're thinking of completely changing the content of the Dashboard and modify the charts, then it's another story...

What's wrong with your Dashboard?

Thanks Alex, I do have training scheduled this afternoon. But was hoping to hear from some experts who are using campaigns for some user insight on this. As for the Sales Dashboard - nothing is wrong with it, just haven't used it so will go over that with the trainer today, too.

Appreciate your response. SLX offers so much and we are just barely touching the surface.  Appreciate this forum - offers great information.
