I'm trying to figure out how i would either use Query Builder or set up a report to list opportunities by Account Manager for the day and for the week. Is there an easy way to do this? Please help.

In the Query Builder you can use the Created Date field to get your new opportunities added today.

You can then sort by Account Manager

Wow. I figured out how to get the opportunities listed..but is there a way to limit them by create date. That is, creating a list that shows a whole week of newly created opportunities. For example created July 14 and ending with created on July18.

Yes, you can - simply go to the conditions tab and add two conditions - the CreateDate >= 14/07/2008 amd CreateDate <= 18/07/2008

You can also do conditions Within Last xxx days - where you would put in 5 and it would automatically calculate last 5 days (or Within Next for next 5 days etc).
