As an outcome for a contact process, I see that we can select a report. I'm trying to understand how this works.
I'm building a contact process, and was thinking to after a "to do" task, select a report that would show the activities accomplished by the contact process or user. Is this possible? If yes, if select build in process a report for activities, once the " to do" is completed, and the report triggered, how is report generated? Is it sent by email to someone, or prints out?? How does it work?
