We would like to download all of our templates into Word for editing/updating content.  Is there a master file or somewhere we could copy the templates from onto our hard drive without having to go into each template?

SalesLogix uses MS Word for Templates, when you edit a template, it is opening WORD and you can edit it there. There is no reason to download to anyplace. You are already working in WORD.
