Hello all SLX enthusiasts

I am new to this forum and have to say how impressed I am with the information available.

I wonder if any one knows how to delete a block of account records - I have uploaded some 2,000 plus records into my test environment and now want to delete them but I only seem to be able to delete one account at a time.

Is it possible to to select a range of account records and delete them in one go?

Hi,

Create an Account level group, then go to Tools | Maintenance | Purge Records (That is assuming you have access?)

PS Take a backup of your database first just in case.

Yes, go to Tools | Maintenance | Purge - select the group you want to delete and *poof* they're gone (soon'ish) !
