Has anybody ever experienced any problems with the Confirmations tab on the Activities screen?
Several of my users are getting an error (Microsoft error Send/Don't send a report) when clicking on this tab, and Saleslogix closes down.
The problem is, when this tab has been selected once , it is then selected by default... therefore every time the user tries to re-open the Activities screen, Saleslogix crashes...
Is there a way to de-select this tab as the default tab?
Some of my users experiencing this issue haven't got any activities displayed here,
but one user has loads of activities appearing under this tab, and it's one particuliar activity that's causing the issue for her. When we select this activity, slx crashes. We can't delete it, right click crashes the client as well. We believe that this activity was deleted at some point by the other user, who scheduled it.
Would anybody have an idea on how I could get rid of this particuliar activity?
Has anybody had similar issues? I haven't seen it in the KI...
