I hope you can help. This is my first time posting although I have been reading the posts for a few weeks.
I have just taken over dealing with Saleslogix from a colleague so please forgive me is this is a trivial question.
When accepting a schedule, one of our users has the american date setting (06/03/2009 instead of 03/06/2009) on the bit that reads 'Schedued by.......on 06/03/2009.....'. This is only happened the last two days. Does anyone know is there is a setting and if so how to change it to the UK way? (All the other dates seem to be the correct way round.)
