Where do you get or see or create lead groups?

If you do not have any leads in your system it would be difficult to determine where Leads groups are located.

Go to Insert and Insert a new Lead. This will bring you to the Lead Detail View in which you could press F8 and see the List View. The LIst view is where you would create new groups of Leads. You must have one lead in the system in order to see this.
