Processes - automatic email sent from another user

    Hi

I'm trying to set up a process in the Architect where email is sent out from a specific user who is not the person who assigns the process.  There is this option "Author" where you can set it to pick a specific user, but the email still keeps going out from me, the person who created and assigned the process, not the specific user I selected.  Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?  When I changed the Author to "Person who assigned this process" the process just got stuck on this step and nothing happened.

Second isssue:  Currently in the processes you can make the Author for email and schedule activities for the Process Owner, User who assigned this process, User who scans this process and a specific user.  It would be great if they would have the option of "Account Manager".  Do you know if they plan on making this available in the future?   This would be very useful.  (I create the processes for Sales, but am not  a salesperson so the activities are never assigned to me, the process owner.  We have a coordinator who assigns the processes, but also not for herself, so the second option is also worthless.  In order to get the process to actually schedule activities for the appropriate person I use the "Pick a specific user" option.  Unfortunately this means I've had to set up the process to first query the database for the Account Manager and then repeat for the same chain of events for each Account Manager so items are scheduled for the right person.  This creates a lot of redundant work and of course when Account Managers come and go the process also has to be changed.  And of course we get an unnecessary history entry for querying the database.  There must be a better way)

     Thanks!

    Kim
