    intellisync

    Hi,

    I have recently installed intellisync, to sync saleslogix to outlook, and to pda (we dont have exchange)

    it has been working fine until recently.

    On sync, it now displays an error

    Title of error - SyncObjectProject
    "Sync error occured - unable to complete request"

    it is definatley related to a calender entry, as i synced contacts successfully.

    Is there an easy way of working this out, short of going through each recent calendar entry 1 at a time

    Hi,

        Delete the two config folders within the Intellisync folder from C:\Program Files\SalesLogix\SlxIntellisync, also Delete the Intellisync or SLX_Intellisync folders from the following registry keys:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SalesLogix\ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\SalesLogix\
     

    Now recofigure your Outlook Integration and see if the error still occurs?

    Also, do you have two connections? remote db and host db for Saleslogix

    Without seeing your configuration/setup this would be hard to resolve, have you checked what errors have been posted within the PtTrace.log which can be found within the Intellisync folder?

    Has your BP (assuming you have one) looked in to this?
