Two people have simultaneous access to lead

Is there a way to make sure two people have simultaneous access to a lead without changing the account manager or sending one an email about the lead?

    Hi Laura,

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "simultanteous" access there.

Unless the users are in different teams and one of them is not in the team that owns the lead they should both be able to access it regardless of account manager.

    Hi Ben,

Ok, I assume if the other person is set up to see the other person's leads then they're ok, but if I have a lead, for example, and I should want a production person I work with to see the lead in case I can't act on it immediately, how are they going to know the lead is there?

    Hi Laura,

There are two solutions as I see it -

    1. Use list view in leads and the "Latest Leads" group which will show leads added in the last 30 days. As it is a standard group, all users should have access to it.

    2. Using something like Orbis Alerts, automatic emails can be sent out to nominated users if no action has been taken on a lead after so much time.

I hope that gives you some ideas.

    Ben
