We are deploying SalesLogix for the web v7.5 and Mobile v5.1 on the Blackberry.  As we modify pick lists for the web - it seems the only way to get this information out to the Blackberry is to have each user do a manual sync (completed through the Wireless sync tab on the BB). I was expecting this to happen OTA - as with other information (real time) but that doesn't seem to be the case.  Does it seem correct that we would have to complete this step? 

I would love to connect and compare notes with anyone using the Mobile version for Blackberry. 

Do you have real time sync setup?  You have to set each user for real-time if you want to push changes to their Blackberry, otherwise they have to manually sync. :(

You need to turn on real time sync (push) for each user you want to have data pushed to their BB, have you done this in the Mobile Administrator?  You may also have to do some stuff in mobile archetect for those fields you want real time push, but I haven't really messed with it too much yet.
