I have a major issue that is stopping ALL access to SLX.
We are running 6.2.6 and have a remote server here in the UK that is sync'd to our main server in the US.
This morning, all users are getting the message and cannot login - "You do not have necessary licenses to use this product"
The server looks fine, all the services etc are running. I cannot get into the Admin or Sync clients as I get the same message. However
I can access the US based server and login to this fine. Is is showing
all the licenses as free and only a couple of concurrent users in the
system (in the US).
Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this?
