    Major issue stopping all users accessing SLX - License error

    I have a major issue that is stopping ALL access to SLX.


    We are running 6.2.6 and have a remote server here in the UK that is sync'd to our main server in the US.
    This morning, all users are getting the message and cannot login - "You do not have necessary licenses to use this product"

    The server looks fine, all the services etc are running. I cannot get into the Admin or Sync clients as I get the same message. However I can access the US based server and login to this fine. Is is showing all the licenses as free and only a couple of concurrent users in the system (in the US).


    Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this?

    It sounds to me like you had eval licenses originally and these did not sync to the RO when they were changed from eval to live. Simply, on the US server examine the LICENSES table and extract the ones that are different to UK LIC table (however, do not take across the sync license code).

     This should fix it.
