I have a user from our production department who will be
entering information into a Ticket. Since the user will only be accessing the
Ticket window (specifically the description field of the Ticket Details tab) I
would like to limit this users access to revise other entities such as the Account
details. I have set the user’s profile to start in the Ticket details when
starting SalesLogix since this limits the possibility of error, but just to be
safe I would like to check and see if there are any ways to further limit this
users access.
Thanks in advance for the ideas!
