We are looking for a program that will email our contacts the information that we currently have on file for them, and ask them to update the information which would then get returned to us. Ideally this program would automatically interface with SLX to create the outbound email, and would take the changes submitted and automatically update SLX (after we review the proposed changes). Any suggestions on what works in this area?
We have looked at Swiftpage, and while it does a good job of pushing out the on-file information, it falls short on the response page, as it doesn't show the contact what is currently on file, making it difficult for them to remember all of the fields to update. If you know of a way to make Swiftpage work better, or a similar product that doesn't have this limitation, that would be ideal.
