Inducing a button press in script

I have had a request to open the Create Note form (that comes when you press F9) when a user clicks a certain sales process. Usually this would be easy just manage the sales process, tell it to open a form and point to the right one but i cant find the form plugin in Architect so thought it might be easier to simply enduce an F9 press whe the hyperlink step is clicked. Any ideas?

    Thanks all :)

In your Sales Process Step, you can actually choose the function Activity Notepad. This is the same as Insert a note.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Dale,

Thanks for your reply but i just gave it a test and the Activity Notepad and the form you get on F9 (create note) are not the same.

No, they are not. But, when you click on OK, there is an option to create note. Which then brings up the actual note form.

That note form, is not a form that can be customized. Sage has kept that locked away from customization.
