Importing data to SLX

    Importing data to SLX

    I need to import a file (CSV) accounts and contacts to SLX. One account may have several contacts with several emails. How can I do this? i tried Import / Wizard but not sure if it will work for this purpose since I have to map all the columns from my spreadsheet to all fields in SLX, and like I said, there are several emails for one account.

    How can I accomplish this?

    Simply map the email addresses  to:

    Contact.Email

    Contact.Secondaryemail

    Contact.Email3

    I dont see email 3, 4 and so forth.

     

    I need to import 5 emails for one account...

    If you dont see them, then you will need create them! Or, use the spare userfields (Userfield1, Userfield2 etc etc)
