After downloading SalesLogix Mobile v. 5.1 to a (new) Blackberry World Edition, the icon does not appear in the Menu screen.  The install completed successfully, there are no hidden icons, I checked to make sure the Security Content Protection was disabled, Browser is set to BB,  and the application shows up in the list of Applications.  I tried uninstall and reinstall. Updated roaming capabilities before we started.  Verified BB pin number to the mobile user's license.  I'm officially out of ideas. 

Any thoughts?

I have worked with BB Simulators and seen the same thing happen.  Did you look in the menu item "DownLoads" ?  I have seen the SalesLoigix Mobile icon end up there.
