Has anybody changed the ticket auto-number in SLX? We are interested in starting at number -700000, so it will match with the return number in our ERP system. I know that the first xxx-xx- portion of the numbering sequence has to do with remote vs. local databases, so even though we would like to eliminate the xxx-xx portion altogether, we are willing to keep that part of the number and just have the -xxxxxx portion start at the number of our choosing.
Any suggestions?
