Hi Tonya
The way it works is that for every item in the "parent" picklist Account Type there is a new "child" picklist that follows a strict naming convention. The convention is the combination of "Account " and the Account Type picklist value you want to add a child value for.
For example:
Account Type picklist values:
Customer
Partner
Foodservice
The related "child" picklist names (one per above value) would be:
Account Customer
Account Partner
Account Foodservice
So to answer your query specifically. I believe you would want to add or edit a picklist called "Account Foodservice".
